I guess when I say mini bear, I am think more like serious correction. 178 on the OSX would be a serious correction IMO. The limited natural resources arguement has been there since 1974 and yet until recently we've had cheap oil. The emergence of China and a couple of natural disasters in the US has perked up the oil market. Longer term I agree with you and I personally would like to see $100 oil as that would force this country to use E85, nuclear energy, electric vehicles, fuel cells, etc. That would all be in our best interest as a country in the long run both economically and politically.
