Problem baseball has is the history of the game is what makes it unique from the other sports.
Who remembers who scored the most points in Basketball last year?
The all time leader?
Most rebounds?
Baseball has always been about stats. Records.
Oh sure in the past there have been aruments about some of them.
But now that the whole situation is out their beyond a shadow of a doubt MLB has a HUGE mess on their hands.
They need to clean it up now not later.
Head in the sand reaction just goes to prove once and for all Selig and the rest of the goons it's all about the $$$$$$$$$ and the heck with the integrity of the game.
