GNCP - Really? Please provide proof. Otherwise nothing but conjecture.

Not to mention that little "assisting with filings from time to time" thing.

Only folks that would know that for certain would be insiders, or this Lumb himself.

Which creates quite the interesting twist to all of the information discussed that is not yet public knowledge.

If Lumb is alleged to be the biggest shareholder, then why would Lumb release information that would collapse his equity/capital value.

How would he stand to gain?
