Really, you are sticking with Lumb having nothing to do with GNCP? It is a fact that Stephen Lumb is the biggest single shareholder through Stealin' Property Management. Therefore, Lumb does have "something to do with GNCP".

Not to mention that little "assisting with filings from time to time" thing.
