They have been restructuring, now they are expanding again.

They went through a restructuring that started in 2009.

What do we have so far?

Our California licenses are active since +/- 4 weeks now.

Meanwhile, we have distributor (Hi Time Wine Cellars) that ships to 25 states in the US.

We have foreign contracts, totalling $105M over 5 years, with Brazil, Domenican Republic and Mexico.

We have an ACTIVE license in Florida since 25 March 2014.

The company just made a deal with Restaurant Depot of Jetro Holdings LLC, to distribute Marani Vodka through over 30 locations.

Dan Senters recently did a presentation to California National Retailer. More details to be announced.

The company is applying for a license in all US states (California & Florida already done).

A California and National marketing plan is in place, and Marani Vodka will soon pop up everywhere.

Many great events have been sponsored by Marani over the past several months.

The company has trademarks in 22 other countries.

Julius Baer (Gam holding) holds 21,7M shares at about $0.25.

The company rewarded it's shareholders with a stock dividend. I already got mine.
