I picked up the shares based on a "lead" from my doctor. He loves the pennies and I said I'd give it a go. But then I got concerned because of the secrecy, non-reporting and purchased TV time. It sort of seems like a pump. They talk about sales and distribution but still haven't filed anything with the SEC and have yet to report any actual sales. Not saying they haven't, but how about giving us a financial statement for 2014? It seems like they're avoiding doing so. It also worries me that I went to where they said they were on shelves and they were not. Last, given the orders they say they have, sales they say they have, market cap, number of shareholders, etc. it seems to me they should be reporting. Wouldn't you like to see a report at least? Also, I'm a little concerned with this latest issue of 47M shares to some no-name guy Bodie Investments in LA. No history but lots of shares being given away.
