As my business partner from New York likes to remind me of all the time, us california guys are just a bunch of meat heads. I like to mix it up every now and again, keeps the board from getting one sided.
With Frank gone it is a good first step. He is really gone right? From what I'm reading he drained the company and is out of here? Please correct me if I'm wrong but he didn't leave without making money? If I'm still understanding it all, this has been at our expense? What a way to exit, folks unpaid, investors out of money and a HUGE R/S that may be on the horizon..Oh yeah I'm really going to miss him..good riddance
