My guess is the PHOT execs who were in contact with AB will receive subpoenas for email exchanges and phone records. The investigators will likely be looking at catalysts for suspect stock sales.
My guess is 420 Investor is not long for subpoenas regarding this case or even an entirely separate investigation of their own. This is exactly what the market needs to keep out the riff raff. Too long have the scales been tipped for the rich, allowing for massive frauds like Madoff to rip off all the "poor", innocent millionaires while the little investors get raped by institutions and companies. Sadly in neither case has the SEC been ahead of the curve, it's just that when the rich people get burned, action must be taken whereas when the little guy gets screwed, the SEC turns a blind eye. Brochstein is fleecing his followers who he admits are naive, rookie investors.
