Was AB sued by AVT inc? Yes

Did AB state he was served and signed a fedex? Yes

Is he listed as unrepresented according to the court's website? Yes

Has he filed his defense papers within the 30 day time frame? Not according to the court website.

If he in danger of having a default judgement entered againsf him? Yes



So, please explain what was inaccurate in my post.
