not approve the reverse split for reason it was undertaken to dilute common stock shareholders % ownership of the company.

I wonder why try, I strongly suspect they did the dilution with the IGA2014 merger in IGA2006. Think maybe they issued 200,000,000 shares to the creator of IGA2014? And that is what people have be gleefully buying?
