Penny... sure hope so... if he decides to dump on the shareholders this time, he will pay the public price for a long time...articles, interviews, local announcements, family mention etc... as ugly as it can get and be legal.... I wonder if 60 minutes would love to dig into the life of man who steals money (accepts with the promise/commitment of giving back, but intentionally does not)from investors and intentionally continues to screw them by not giving back as he legally must do... if his company is making millions he can afford to expand, or get a loan as most do,OR AT THE VERY LEAST PR WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHY....
I'm hoping he'll do the right thing here if he likes his privacy and anonymity in his community.... because he wont have it if he does it again... his ITAR compliance could be in jeopardy as well if not fully reporting and owing up to obligation.... again, if he can take without giving back from shareholders, how could a LARGE company or MILITARY contact trust him for a contract??
If anyone from the company is reading this... get the PR's out and take care of your shareholders...period...
