The unknown SS is a huge unknown.

does not matter look at PPS.

504's were done recently - probably to the tune of a billion + shares.

correction they were done a while back and have all been done.

AS is 2.5B - how close is it to that number?

The recent PR's noted that "final terms" were being hammered out for a "LOI".

Again wrong. its sadi they HAVE REACHED A DEAL no mention of LOI at all!! final terms are in the hands of lawyers!!
