The unknown SS is a huge unknown.

504's were done recently - probably to the tune of a billion + shares.

AS is 2.5B - how close is it to that number?

The recent PR's noted that "final terms" were being hammered out for a "LOI".

Letters of intent are not done deals as we have seen many times in qasp and the pinks.

Will the terms of this deal be fully transparent?

Will qasp need to increase the AS or RS?

Will dilution continue?
