Usually, yes, but chart analysis is useless in the sub-penny world, as the stocks are driven by momentum and rumor. That said, if the company/financiers are done share dumping, I would expect a gap up this week. It is probably over-sold. Furthermore, I can live with 1.5 bil OS in this realm. Ignore the trolls here, and you will make some $$ here, but don't bet your kid's college tuition on it! LOL

I agree. Pennies fluctuate constantly especially when there is high volume. Anything is possible. I am just not betting on an R\S.
