Ok I don't want to lend any credibility to IDWD because it has pretty much all been built on lies, but this is what I think.
"Fake it till you make it" seems to apply here. From the beginning, we have proven that IDWD has next to nothing. Even though the claims of Downs were that IDWD was an international conglomerate, we showed everyone the truth. He lied about every single important claim he made and has continued to do so up till now. But what has he accomplished?
His market cap is now around 40 million plus. He is also planning to spin off three "divisions". He has hyped all three elements in advance of these spin-offs. Believe me, if I were to sit down with you I could describe to you his roadmap to within the last dotted i and crossed t.
We know he is trying to hire some fire alarm salesmen who have their own motorbikes (lol)in Pakistan. We also know he is trying to hire some PHP programmers from there as well (for 995ad.com). After he spins off the HLS part of IDWD it will probably start trading with a market cap in excess of 150 million dollars. (simple math gives you the minimal share structure) Unfortunately, no one can sell restricted shares. I highly doubt he will be able to keep the market cap that high though. Any claims he makes about the value of the dividend will be bogus and a sham, but that will not stop idiots from believing him.
He has put on one of the most proficient pumps the penny stock market has ever seen. There are more matches to Patrick Downs, IDS and IDWD on the search engines than anyone can find for any of his so-called business interests or for that matter for the distribution of a widely disseminated European think tank analysis of the direction of the US dollar and the ultimate fate of US economic hegemony
He has done something pretty smart from the start. He hired every decent promotion group out there which developed a wide spread following to the story. After he did this, he made sure he got his scamming PRs posted to almost every relevant trade publication in the business. This has created a following that is hard for the truth tellers to reach.
Now the major player in the stock is UBSS and has been since the stock was trading at 40 cents. This is interesting.
Technicals on the stock are mildly bullish and could suggest a move to 1.05 if the stock is not held under 94 cents. If this stock doesn't roll over and die in the next three days, it could trade at least to 1.00 to 1.05 Once this is accomplished it will probably go into a bear market and trade as low as 35 to 40 cents.
There is nothing here yet, but given that we know he had free trading stock with Laura he has probably dumped a good deal of that stock and raised some serious cash. If he uses that cash to build a business, maybe he can have something here. Otherwise, it looks like a money laundering scheme to me. Especially given the locations of his so-called offices. Dubai, Lahore, Shanghai, Hong Kong lol
I know this sounds wild, but IDWD looks like a front company scam to raise money for the Contras or something crazy like that, lol. If Downs announces Brent Wilkes and Jack Abramoff have signed on to the board, then we will know for sure lol.
