forget the sector, the entire MARKET is doomed today, all sectors I'm in , is down heavily and unusually this economy is fucked. I am waiting for the rainbow lol . simple

AEGY and SKTO are the same people and owned by I-Equity. So all went in a room and said lets do a merger like the past 3 times we said we would. 30 days later all went in a room and said lets agree to the merger. Same-same and useless until they file something.

Announcing and filing is a big difference. They did nothing for 30 days and simply said they agreed to it. It was announces almost a year ago also. Here we sit.

That is why no one trust these guys as no one can verify what is going on.
