It would seem to me that the sources of Lmorovan's funding would be extremely important in establishing whether or not he is a participant in a conspiracy to stop the distribution.

Whether he's being used or is a willing participant in an effort to destroy the distribution, is irrelevant.

Logically, he cannot justify his position. So it appears as though Lmorovan has set himself up for some very close examination in the form of depositions as part of a lawsuit.

"Follow the money" may be the key phrase in the case of Lmorovan.

justme1, that's right, and because we have reason to believe that his financial backers are linked to the bashers/market makers! If he is honest, he will tell us? He also owes all LOCH shareholders an apology! He is over on the Raging (Lunacy) Bull message boards, again accusing of being some other alias! Another apology is in order! Folks, I am telling you, he smells like dead fish. He is a plant! The MM's don't want to cover there oversold position! If his financial backing came from diddy, Janet Marcine, Arloco, Sacumundo or any other basher from Raging Bull, his case has big holes in it!
