On Lmorovan:

It would seem to me that the sources of Lmorovan's funding would be extremely important in establishing whether or not he is a participant in a conspiracy to stop the distribution.

Whether he's being used or is a willing participant in an effort to destroy the distribution, is irrelevant.

Logically, he cannot justify his position. So it appears as though Lmorovan has set himself up for some very close examination in the form of depositions as part of a lawsuit.

"Follow the money" may be the key phrase in the case of Lmorovan.
