According to the SEC VKML doesn't exist any more they are indie growers, and Coleridge is running the show.

better tell them not to look at http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html

and not to enter Viking Minerals in the search field.

It should not exist on EDGAR but it does. When and if they file the 8-K
with the SEC for name change and merger then OK. But that might announce the
issuance of a lot of stock, so best leave it alone for awhile.
