I have the service and will admit in the beginning it was slow but it has definitely changed over the past months, the service has been alot better.
You really sound unhappy with your subscription and I can understand, you should contact customer service via telephone, email etc.
I have contacted via email and they always replied to my questions.
Also remember in the interview they are in growth mode.
This happens with new businesses you fall you get back up. How do you expect to learn? You learn from your mistakes.
Success does not happen over night. You hear about all the deals that GZFX is working on, AAFES, CC, new website etc, these projects or deals take time.
