Janice, I have some even better John Burke and Hipple news.

As TenKay found in the annual report in Florida it changed from Mario Barrera as President to Michael Choo PSD, John Burke S/T and Robert Hipple Corporate Counsel.

That was filed on 03/25 - on 03/28 it was amended and Barrera was back but they had changed registered Agents to MI Financial Services.
