hotazznights, It is a long story but I will try to keep it as short as possible. ERNEST REMO was the CEO of a company called Eyemakers and traded under the symbol EYEM. It was around September of 2004 when REMO mentioned that he was selling EYEM to LSIK for 2,000,000 shares of LSIK and was changing the name of the company to HSTJ and the direction to Homeland Security. It was around that time when REMO first mentioned Colonel Powers and the 30% dividend but nobody knew for sure what was going on because REMO always spoke out of the side of his mouth and nothing he said ever came true. Then it was either late October or the 1st week in November (I think the SEC filing was in November) that Colonel Powers took over the HSTJ/EYEM shell and REMO was out. From what I understand REMO took the 2,000,000 shares of LSIK with him as part of his "get lost" package and he became a board member for LSIK at that time. After Colonel Powers got into the EYEM/HSTJ shell there were problems and Colonel Powers then canceled the 30% dividend that REMO announced. Shortly thereafter more problems arose and it was found out that the EYEM/HSTJ shell was not clean at all and REMO was very far behind on the SEC filings (if he ever did any at all LOL) and trading was suspended on 12/1/04 for 14 days. After the 14 day suspension Colonel Powers (who was not happy about things) decided to just put the REMO crap and the EYEM/HSTJ nonsense behind him and start with a fresh company. Colonel Powers and 1st Sgt Wilson had told us that not one shareholder would be left behind when they found a clean shell to trade under. They also said they were going to build this company to something all shareholders would be proud of. They then purchase the Amnis Energy, Inc shell and began trading under the AMNI ticker. ****They could very well have just dissolved the EYEM/HSTJ company and screwed every investor but they did not. They made damn sure that every shareholder was brought over to AMNI with them.***** That is why Homeland Security Technology, Inc. is trading under the Amnis Energy, Inc. (AMNI) company name. Since Amnis Energy, Inc does not represent the Homeland Security Technology, Inc business plan that is why the PR to change the name to Homeland Security Products, Inc (we don't know the new ticker yet). So to sum it up REMO was a con who screwed Colonel Powers at the beginning but Colonel Powers came through for us all and just kept right on going. Since REMO took the LSIK shares with him and Colonel Powers never dissolved the company because it would have screwed the investors I would think REMO is still holding shares of this as well. I hope this is not to confusing and sorry for the length of the post. Do your own DD on the dates and times as I am just posting out of memory. Colonel Powers and 1st Sgt Wilson are stand up guys IMO. If they say that they will not let you down you can bank on it IMO. All IMO. Good luck.
This gives a big indication of the Colonel's honesty and loyalty to his shareholders. The new shell has been here since March. They have done a lot of positive things in that short time. This is why I bought this company.

I have done extensive DD on this and can see no downside. No R/S's, S-8's or BS PR's that I can find. Will buy in now. LACO please report your finding if you pay the company a visit. Would be curious to hear your impression of Colonel Powers. Seems as if he is an honest and forthright individual.

Doubledownga, I have read that and found it to be very accurate. Some of the times may be off by a few weeks but otherwise he is right on target. I did buy in and will add. I can see the major potential here.
For the boards knowledge, back when Expose entered and added into HMSG, it ran from under a cent to .10
Make your own decisions, but these two "Investors" use the, "watch for R/s" approach, "dumping! RUn!" approach, when in reality everyhting is fine....so just thought you all would like to see....
