Yes, those convertible debentures are the nastiest of them all. Nothing like dilution and selling to drag a stock price down, and make it virtually impossible to move it up. So many folks don't understand them, and buy these subpenny POSs like NRES/FBNI/MFLE/ARYN/STGA and many others thinking, they can't go any lower. (Sorry if I offend anymore who owns any of these)

But they do go lower, and with all the shares in the O/S it takes huge buys to move it a 1/10 of a penny.
