Like I said in an earlier post, it is only evident to YOU that the reversal of the allowance has any impact on managements goals. I don't believe it has ANY IMPACT on the ltcp because I don't have the facts and neither do you. You earlier stated that we know that FCF impacts their LTCP and I clearly and multiple times showed you how the reversal has zero impact on FCF and then you change your story. Which is it? Is it the FCF goal that you are so sure management met with the reversal or some other metric?
You and I and everyone else on this board is not privy to the goals unfortunately for everyone here, you don't want to admit that you haven't a clue what the goals are and yet you continue to make stupid assumptions. They are stupid because you are presenting them as facts. When you are proven wrong you continue debating the point until you then change the situation to fit your assumptions. I will not debate this issue any longer. I have clearly stated my opinion on this matter and you refuse to accept it and hope that you will change my mind and you wont.
Now that I have given you plenty of my time, why don't you give us a little of yours and tell us what proposals you are putting forth this year? That will be something I will debate you on or maybe agree with you on like I did last year.
Last year even though I put you on ignore (and it is getting close to that time again) because I can't stand your methods, I still voted for your proposal because ultimately I believe they were the correct thing for the company and its shareholders. I almost voted against your proposal only because your methods suck and I was going to vote against it out of spite for you. I wonder how many people you turned off last year because you really don't know how to win friends and influence people, maybe you should buy the book. This year if you keep up your idiotic ways, don't count on my support when the vote comes through.
So how about it, are you going to reveal what proposal you put forth or are we going to have to wait until the end of April?
