I must 100% agree with you dannyyaya, todays 8-k just verifies & fully confirms the up and coming any day now completion of this Reverse/ merger is a done deal. Think people ???, would you or even me all of a sudden take on someone else's debts for no real logical reason, as a example, unless we , or you, or even I, will soon receive & get back something BIG and very important ( in return ) for us accepting this APT past debt's & obligations going forward. IMO

What's REALLY important is that FROZ assumed (took it on as their own) an APT debt...and a big one at that. That's done...no take backs. You don't do that if the merger is still up in the air. This confirms the merger is a done deal more than anything we've seen so far. This is better than the last 8K.
