It seems silly that you can't see the blatantly obvious good news in the 8K, maybe that's why you're being responded to this way.
$38K to IBC settled, not a problem anymore...it's $38K...who really cares either way.
What's REALLY important is that FROZ assumed (took it on as their own) an APT debt...and a big one at that. That's done...no take backs. You don't do that if the merger is still up in the air. This confirms the merger is a done deal more than anything we've seen so far. This is better than the last 8K.
