David: Did you ever forward your proposed CMS pricing rule to an elected official? If so, what response did you get?

I presume by “average price in the worldwide market” you mean the weighted average price of a drug in a specified group of non-poor countries. (If you included all emerging markets, the pricing scheme clearly couldn’t work.) Regards, Dew
