"doubt any comp plan and goals include any income tax impact" - the company does use FCF as a goal, it has been disclosed. My issue is that using a tax credit reserve to boost FCF should NOT be counted towards bonus purposes and it seems you agree with this view? Surely, you must also agree that the amount of taxes paid does affect FCF, right?

Anyway, we will all know shortly from the 2005 results how to interpret the 8K in question.
