To make the point I am not somebody like you who thinks they are important just because they own 100 Shares. And the simple fact my Vote will more than neutralize his vote or make it that much stronger if he could convince me to become an ally.

At this point until he convinces me otherwise I stand by my position. Corp has come here for numerous years pushing his agenda. Corp's motives are questionable if you are looking for Long term shareholder value vs a quick sale of the company before it reaches its potential. The later is what I believe to be his agenda.

If AB's is so trivial to you why do you bother to read it?

I think you are trying to make it a three way race with Corp and Ams? You definitiely have third place now. Keep posting maybe you can get 1st or 2nd. LOL
