The financials were a disaster - what company would merger with what you call a startup that in debt for over $10 million already.

SKTO/AEGY is selling fools gold about the merger - the acquiring or issuing company will have to file a S-4 and neither company can handle that much scrutiny.

Plus, SKTO will have to have audited financials for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 - that isn't going to happen.

There won't be a merger.
