DD- we have discussed this this reserve before and whether or not its use would or should count towards management's "achievement" for compensation purposes:

"the NOL and prepayment advances are certainly not "details" of the bonus plan. And, they are certainly NOT management piggy banks that exist to help them meet their FCF targets for personal bonuses and personal gain."
