Marc Tow was counsel to American Technologies Group in its faltering years subsequent to its rise and pinnacle years in the mid 1990s.

ATG was a Scientology Reg S scam out of Los Angeles. I think Tow came in, after the company's legitimate counsel jumped ship during the turmoil.

I was trading that stock back then.

Peter Grunner was running the Reg S out of Zurich and Germany. I recall running into that pile of trash Peter in Zug and in Zurich. He was funding an AMEX co. that I was underwriting. I told the firm, either I go, or Peter goes.
