I cannot seem to get a good read on Emely. I have tried, in vain, to contact them. No reply to e-mails. On the phone, I guess because my Espanol is not that good, I cannot communicate too well.

A lady I know in NY, who speaks both Spanish & English, called them. She said there are some at Emely that speak English. Hmmm. She was planning a trip from NY to DR, but had trouble dealing with them, so she called another agency.

Do you think we are isolated incidents? Have you, or anyone you know, been able to contact them? They may be OK, but I have not heard of anyone that has dealt with them successfully of late, even some people in DR (who actually went with Emely Travel, but I am not sure of the relation or if there's one).

Positive about Viva...on the fence about Emely.
