WithCatz, Your writing is specifically reporting your perception of facts you perceive. Lawyers are hired to litigate "reality".

You and I are not hired but we are invested.

As investors we put our money down and risk, hope, and expect a certain outcome.

The outcome for escrow shares is that they will receive the money that is not going to creditors.

The money not going to creditors is what is going to creditors minus what is left.

This is clear logic. No feelings involved.
