but won't run for the door if management can't say the things that some want to hear.

management never says things, they always leave that for the dark depths of the 10k..............so it seems that next thursday might be more important than this tuesday

if the bright sunshine of idcc's future remains under dark clouds, then the stock will get hammered..........one of these days, idcc will actually start to care about the price of the stock........as of now, the image of management is that they seem more concerned with accumulating as much stock at the cheapest prices possible through the stock option plan

if it looks bad, and if i can sell and buy back the stock for $10 cheaper, then i will dump every share, shares i haven't touched since 2000, and some of those shares will be sold at a loss

i am optimistic that things can turn on a dime toward the real future of idcc, but the realistic track record of mangement may cause me to become a full blown trader of idcc, as opposed to a "take another ride to the low side" investor

i'm truly hoping that things have changed at idcc, but.....
