Beamin1 as a mod on Ph*t I was able to message admin about a banned member and ask for their reinstatment as long as I made them aware that violations of TOS will not be tolerated. I mentioned that the member ("Coughs" *Fibs*) was an asset to the board and provided valuable DD.

Worth a try here as well with vaporman.
