Great post Jack and the more I read, the more I think you are correct...this divi shares and the cut-off seem to be the ONLY mystery surrounding BMSN/REGEN right now (followed by the date finra will finish their thing, assign a ticker and Regen trading begins), which I think will be within 2 weeks as the SEC has already given the green light.

The real question is why would anyone even consider selling ANY bmsn shares early this week regardless of whether or not they come with the regen divi shares...BMSN IS ABOUT TO HIT THE BIG TIMES!!!!...and so is REGEN....they will march together to heights unknown and only imagined!!!

FDA green light on HEMA this week and Orphan Drug designation will launch both Regen and BMSN...with a dcellvax IND filing kicker taboot.

IT IS GOOD TO BE US!!!
