I agree that I'm unsure how the EX-date is listed as the 20th, by brokers and OTC. I cannot imagine that there is some unlisted exception to both the SEC and FINRA rules since they complement each other (exactly the same).

I wouldn't dare to sell shares until the 26th, but even then it's foolish. It'll happen though as some people are here just for the dividends, those are the truly foolish people, they have no idea.
