FWIW, I played golf with the 4 guys that put me in this stock 18 years ago. For the first time ever they all have the same thoughts as AMS about an exit strategy. I would say that the upcoming CC is the most important in the company's history as far as the credibility of management is concerned. They used the word "days" on 3/17 and they are now out of wiggle room as of 5/13. They either have it done or they must inform the shareholders of an accurate time frame. It is certainly bordering on material after the company has teased the investing public with fairly substantial numbers via a CC, PR's, SEC filings and a special presentation on its website. It is time to state that Nok/Samsung is on board or real good reasons why they are not. The share price is at its current level because many are gambling that management has successfully closed the deal. The good thing is that we do not have long to wait. The only draw back that i can see is that IDCC will get #2 approved without closing the deal because many of the true stalwarts will be exiting with no incentive to vote and the default becomes a yea vote.
