This clears up that we should see #'s from VG right away! Also clears up that the merger WAS official 1-22-14 so no more speculation there either. We also know the name and ticker change ARE pending with FINRA. This weeks 8k filing should have been the final hurdle there.

Thanks Dror, I feel the same about Vapor Group hehe..Look, there's all kinds of speculation on revenues and we all expect "avworks" books to look like crap. Are you guys planning on releasing some Vapor Group #'s to go along with those of "avworks" or will we have to wait till the next filing for 1st Q revenues on Vapor Groups books? Would love to end the speculation on this and shut **** ****** up.

How it works, we need to put out an audited financial statement for vapor group from the day we began. That will be a super 8K and will be for 2012 and 2013 .We have 75 days from the day of the merger (01/22/14). Besides the 8k, we still need to do 2013 for av works which will be a 10K and will not reflect our financial because the merger took place after the fiscal year of 2013. All of this will happen on time ..After completion, we will start showing our financials going forward from this first quarter which will be a 10Q ..
