OK so lets separate for a moment, Germany's announcement could also be considered taking too long by your standards and yet the news was great, correct. If you forget Ms Powers timing announcement then we wouldn't be having this discussion. And if their was negative news to be had and she was withholding it for fear that it 's release would hurt the stock ...well the lack of announcement has basically had the same effect from its $10+ height, it appears to be factored in already. We know the news cannot be a halt for safety so any news has to be good , one just better than the other ie it will be good or great.
However I believe in timing and sometimes releasing info immediately as opposed to timing it right....well I choose timing it right, finesse in these areas can go a long way. BTW Mr Goldman was just on FOX last week on their business segment Varney & Co. on 311/14/, and he stated "this is a break through we just got permission from Germany to make NWBO's vaccine available to people outside the clinical trial setting under a special program etc". So are you telling me they only announce good news and not bad news when they have it?
I see nothing negative in the so-called delay, nothing......nothing has changed and the only news release from Germany was an unexpected win and thus positive. I still believe that you can look at the DMC not as the trial executioner but as the trial practitioner but under the current Obama economic/political/gov'tal/obamacaredebacle climate things might move slower than what you feel is normal. Germany who is not under that cloud is now faster.
