vtem .. I agree that coverage by one of the more "conservative" houses would be absolute validation, but I think it is fair to say that most if not all of the brokerage firms are pretty conservative in their research coverage right now. Therefore, I give more "validation weight" to the coverage we now have than would normally be the case.

As for the options issue I have a strong bias to either be for or against management in totality as an investor and not on an issue by issue basis. I consider compensation as one of several integral parts of their overall business plan. I have no idea to what extent the probabilities of success of other essential aspects of their plan are contingent upon the passage of the options proposal. Nor do I believe that they could ever adequately explain those interrelationships to the satisfaction of many here, particularly given the uncertainty of the 3G market and other external industry issues as well as other unpredictables like the economy, global unrest, etc. that are equally out of their control. Therefore, if I believe that they have a good plan and that they can execute it successfully, and I do, then I am going to back them across the board. In that regard, I will be looking at the annual report and the CC closely to see if I have reason to change my confidence in them. If I do change my mind it won't matter what happens to the option proposal because I will sell all of my shares.

Regards,
Danny
