I don't see it that way. Who has brought forth a better plan or volunteered to take on the job that has any credibility.

What is Scott's plan? Drill 1-2 holes every 5 years? Slowly dilute shares and complete little to no work on the project?

In order to bring this site compliant he will need hundreds if not thousands of holes. That is a long wait to get this done.

A better CEO may be able to fix this, but since this company is so poorly run, and without the ability to be communicative of the company's intentions we have no ability to attract better talent.

We should demand a share holder vote, and work to elect a board of directors. At that time the board could decide what to do about Scott and his team. I would suggest the largest share holders are nominated to the board.

The recent capital raises by several competitors provides some insight that capital can be raised. So we'll have to see if it can be raised here.

Each mine that gets funded lowers the water level in the capital pool for on-going projects. The issue we have is we can not prove the minerals are at the level people posture. Until the exploration catches up with the competition we will fail to get funding. We are too high of a risk for any real player to invest.

Overall, the simple difference our competition has ahead of SRSR is better management.

How has the various spin offs gone for Share holders to date. Again, nothing more then words with failure on action. A manager dies by words, and lives by action.

Hopefully I am wrong, and this gets funded soon. IMO
