You are correct that those you have listed do have a personal problem with the CEO of ECDC. He has been charged and plead guilty to criminal stock crimes. He runs a company that has little to no income to support the bogus PR's that he sends out. EarthSearch, Vir20 and Student Connect are all weak divisions, generating minimal if any income. The company has over $20,000,000 in debt with no foreseeable way to pay it back. One year ago the CEO stated that they would not consider doing a reverse split and two weeks later a 500-1 reverse split occurred destroying investors investments. Massive trading over the last month made another reverse split imminent until he issued an additional 3.5 billion shares now bringing the total of A/S to around 10 billion. Over the last three weeks he has released three different PR's which had little to no effect on the share price. The CEO pays himself $300,000 per year and a $600,000 bonus. The company has inadequate income to support this inflated salary and bonus so he uses dilution of shares to fund those gross expenses. The massive trading over the last month has the stock still hanging around .0001 - .0003. The next financial report is due out very soon, although it will be late like the rest of them, it will tell the real story of this company. Please do not rely on my post or any other single post about ECDC. I hope that my post spurs others to look deeper into this company and its CEO to see what the reality is. Any investment into ECDC will be a loser unless you are able to get in and flip to get out. Those that post negatively about ECDC are accused of being paid. What possible sense would it make to pay someone to try and keep this company stock price down. Some will say that it is being shorted yet those that preach this are never able to provide a broker who would allow an OTC stock like this to be shorted. Consider who may be getting paid, do some deeper investigation into ECDC and then make your decision whether to take a position in ECDC. At the very least you should wait until the soon to be released financial report is out. Good luck.
