Just noted this statement:

A lot of nice people are sitting on a profit today and I hate to see them ride it down based on erroneous beliefs.

Such goodhearted altruism is very rare these days in the stock markets. We must be grateful for that.
Considering intentions are genuine, why wouldn't you directly contact the management of Sphere 3D and relay your "concerns / questions" to them. Given that none of the posters here has been able to appease your concerns and you keep rehearsing the same topics.
I'm sorry but I honestly cannot help you with your agenda.
