The other firm covering the company is Frost & Sullivan, if my memory serves me right they did some research on Sphere and wrote a nice report about them.

To be honest I have no idea why I'm wasting my time with someone who has many questions that he cannot find answers for to believe his/her own theories. If your point is that $160 million market cap is overvalued with the potential here then I personal think you are very wrong, trading 10x in the cloud sector is nothing!
