INET, every story has two sides, as every coin has them. The more you hyped and pumped one side, even with nothing more than pure, unadulterated speculation, the more I brought up issues that were not speculation but concrete actions by management to hurt, yes, HURT, the es Loch shareholders, who should have been the first priority of the company. As it turned out to be, longs were punished, abused, lied to and manipulated for over 5 years now, to the benefit of a small group of insiders and Private Placement investors.

My one and only goal in all this had been and will continue to be exposing those things that hurt the long shareholders and benefit a select group of oportunists. I never had nor will have anything against the company, but its management, which by its actions and inactions, have performed in a destructive manner against the shareholders who are responsible for the very existence of the company that hurts them.

The major restructuring in the management has allowed certain individuals to bail out from their responsibility before shareholders, with their pockets and bank accounts in very, very good shape.

The current management is nothing but a continuation of the status quo, except for new faces and new names. The increase of 10 million authorized shares is suspiciously close to the appointments of new Directors, likely with deep pockets.

Nothing so far shows any intention or desire to benefit the long shareholders (the price is a living testimony to it). Any potential new revenues will push the price to leverls that will continuously benefit the new arrivals, while making it ever farther for the long shareholders to even recover their investment, not to mention ever making a penny of profit. The 1 to 45 virtual reverse split have pushed longs forever out of range.

The company has issued more PRs in the last 6 months than in the whole 5 years combined, and the price has been constantly and continuously sliding downward. In the end, the share price is what matters, not all the hot aired hype.

Investors read SEC filings and fundamentals. And they don't look good, regardless of the hype and pump. Potential never puts food on the table or money in the bank.

But this is not why you are here, LOL. You know better.
