I realize I have been rough on Morovan,but I can't remember what I said that would upset I HUB.
My memory is not what it used to be so I actually do not recall what I wrote.
You put me in jail,so I certainly hope you will give me an opportunity to explain my actions and the reasoning behnd them.

If it was the 666 that he is complaining about I am actually hoping he would look within himself to find out what is behind his constant negativity of a company that is definitly on its way out of a scam.
It has taken three years to clear the stigma of the Loch harris name with the SEC,and the company went public in April,2005.

It has taken 4 years to develop the new product and the medical field is really getting behind it ,since the hospitals that have tested it declare it to be a badly needed life saver.CDEX has lined up with a major medical device company to sell CDEX's ValiMed ,and has signed on a prime manufacturer to produce the unit.
I have to bore you with all the good things that have been happening ,otherwise half a loaf will not convince you of our problem.
The original CEO has stepped down in order to put the company in the hands of a heavy hitter with a great reputation. They have a BOD consisting of leaders in their fields, Nuclear, medicine and optics,and government connections.

Now Morovan and several others that post on the I hub CDEX board ,have been down on this company since the takeover. several admittedly do not even own shares.I have heard of a lucrative business bashing stocks on chat boards,if a competitor is willing to shell out the money. honestly I have felt that to be ridiculous,but sometimes one can be wrong.

Now I am assuming my jailing is a result of Morovan,so I will take this opportunity to state,that back in 2002 when Loch Harris was on its last legs,Shareholders got a class action suit going and legally turned the company over to CDEX. The shareholders took a 10 to 1 hit but it was better than crashing completely,CDEX subsequently asked for a 1 to 5 reverse split to survive until established ,while remaining a private firm.
Mr Morovan and seven others opted out of the SA so as to go after Loch Harris on their own.
To my knowledge they never initiated any action.
Mr. Morovan subsequently offered his computer knowledge to CDEX while they were still private . He was turned down as not needed. Since then it has been all downhill for CDEX as far as Morovan is concerned. He even bragged about approaching The CEO's (Malcolm Phillips) church pastor alerting him of Mr. Phillips treating shareholders discracefully.
The man has 30,000 posts on Raging bull alone since the year 2000. Starting at the rejection it has all been negative.
The sad part of it all is he keeps talking up his Christian life style while playing the devil advocate with CDEX and its shareholders

You mention not coming back with a new name. Morovan has bragged about three hard drives,and that moniker lojoko999(whatever)talks the same ridiculous language as morovan ,coming on three days after pleading his case ,does not take a genious to make the connection.Another computer would make it hard for you to trace normally.

I am extremely sorry if I said something that upset you (the I hub administrator),but I can not in good faith retract anything I have said to Morovan.
IMO he is out to harm me and all the rest of the shareholders, by posting garbage designed to steer possible investors away from possibly making a wise investment.
