I have to disagree with you sugarfreejazz. In the conference call, Sorkin clearly stated the reasons for not using cash to payoff debt. Although I've never run a business that had a stock, it is not beneficial to this company that only has several hundred thousand in the bank, to use it for debt. There is a balance in using shares and cash. He stated very clearly in the call the business plan and reasoning behind this. Give it a listen again. It is more beneficial to use the cash they have for aquisitions that will in turn make cause ACGX to explode. Sorkin has clearly been inquiring attorneys, exploring other companies and understands the pros and cons of running this particular business. Yes, he brought debt, but totally turned this company around. I've respected some of your viewpoints, but differ here. Keep flipping. That's what we're here for...making money that is. Best to ya.
