Blue is right sorkin brought a grape ape load of debt with him. That debt has a incredible 80 percent discount to market conversion feature. Acgx could help the share structure and their shareholders by using some of the profits to pay off sorkins DEBT but are not. This is a great flip I'm in and currently out of it constantly. flip but mid to long term that debt is going to weight this down.

Sorkin is a anchor and not in a good way.
